Passed the Senate · Awaiting the House

Get ready for the
Protect College Sports Act.

On September 28, 2026 the Senate passed the PCSA 77–22. It now goes to the House. It would tighten NIL disclosure to 5 days, require a public agent database, and lock in 2024–25 participation and grant-in-aid levels for non-revenue sports. OnPar tracks the bill’s status alongside the agent registry and EADA baseline; it does not currently track NIL disclosure deadlines.
